Users, Profiles & Roles Management
In Zoho Sprints, user profiles and roles are designed to manage access and permissions for various team members.
Each role comes with specific responsibilities and rights to ensure that only authorized users can perform certain
actions. Here's an overview of the key user profiles and their roles in Zoho Sprints:

• Users: Users are individuals who interact with the Zoho Sprints system. Workspace Users are internal team
members working on tasks, Client Users track progress and provide feedback without executing tasks, and Vendor
Users are external contributors with limited access, assigned to specific tasks.

• Profiles: Profiles in Zoho Sprints define the permissions and access levels for different categories of users. Vendor is
an external contributor, the Client tracks progress but doesn't contribute, the Project Owner manages the overall
project, the Member works on tasks, the Manager oversees progress, the Admin has full control over settings and
user management, the View-Only Admin can view all data but can't edit, and the Workspace Owner manages
workspace settings and user permissions.

• Roles: Roles further define the level of access and specific responsibilities and permissions within each profile.
Admin have full control over the project, Managers oversee progress and assign tasks, Members execute tasks and
participate in sprints, Clients have limited access to view progress and provide feedback, and Vendors are external
contributors with restricted access to specific tasks.
