Example Email
• Subject: Problem with the Item I Ordered Online
Hi Sam,
I hope you're doing well! I wanted to tell you about
something that happened when I recently bought a new
phone online. I bought it because I needed a better camera
for photography, and it seemed like a great deal. However,
when I opened the package, the screen was cracked, and it
looked like it had been used before.
I’ve already contacted the seller and asked for a
replacement. They told me they would send a new phone in a
few days. I’m really disappointed about the situation but
hopefully, the replacement will be in better condition.
I’ll let you know how things go. Talk soon!
