     Hub:- transshipment between seaports of Mundra, Pipavav &
    ICDs of Tuglakabad, Dadri, Moradabad, Kanpur, Ludhiana,
    Pantnagar, Barhi (Sonipat)
     Frequency of rakes :-3 export trains daily to Mundra and 1
    train daily to Pipava and 02 train per week for JNPT. 3 import

    MMLP Kathuwas- Infrastructure
    SIX double length rail siding (1500 Mtrs) can handle 9 rakes simultaneously. Designed and used to handle
    Domestic, EXIM, PFT and Auto cars traffic.

    Total Area of 280 Acre out of which 150,000 Sq. mtrs is paved for stacking upto 6000 Teus. CFS area of
    50,000 Sq.mtrs for dedicated EXIM activities.

    Total 24500 SQ mtrs of covered warehouse which includes 3500 Sq.mtrs of covered EXIM transit warehouse,
    3500 Sq.mtrs of separately bonded warehouse with FCL and LCL cargo storage. and 4 warehouses with
    combined area 17,500 Sq mtrs for domestic cargo storage on long lease basis.

    Separate 60 MT weighbridge for VGM (Verified Gross Mass) compliances for Export containers and one 60 MT
    separate weighbridge for Domestic cargo. In addition to this 01 In-motion weighbridge for loaded rake
    weighment.

    09 Reach stackers of 40 MT capacity,02 RTG and 16 Inter-carting trailers for loading ,offloading and shifting of
    40' & 20' loaded and empty containers.

    Arrangements for handling of Over dimensional cargo (ODC) provides all handling solution with much needed
    flexibility.

    First mile and last mile (FMLM) facility with dedicated fleet of trailers along with private transportation,
    makes us well connected to factories in and around Kathuwas.

    Two brand new forklift of 3 MT & 5MT capacity for handling of cargo in case of stuffing and destuffing of
    palletized cargo at ICD.

    ROAD BRIDGING – First Mile Last Mile (FMLM)
    Connecting EXIM/Domestic Cargo originating from industrial belts like Neemrana, Bawal, Kotputali,
    Manesar, Rewari, Tapukara, Sotenala, Alwar, Hisar, Bhiwadi and Dharuhera to gateway ports through MMLP
    Kathuwas.

    Warehousing Solution and Customs Clearances


    EXIM -Facilities like bonding, stuffing & destuffing, Palletization, loading & unloading, fumigation, seal
    cutting etc. Separate area for scrap, hazardous cargo, flammable cargo storage and examination.
    Domestic Warehouses- Management and redistribution of CARGO provided.
    Open Warehousing – Open Paved Space is provided for CAR parking and Steel Storage.

    Rail Services
    MMLP Kathuwas Acts as HUB terminal for exports, imports and domestic cargo of Tughlakabad, Dadri,
    Moradabad,Pantnagar,Ludhiana,Kanpur and Sonepat. With Daily 3-4 double decker Export rakes to
    MUNDRA and one rake to PPSP/JNPT with assured transit time less than 40 hours at attractive pricing,
    makes MMLP Kathuwas a much sought ICD for export and import.
