When a women becomes an entrepreneur, the entire family becomes an entrepreneur. This is not so in the case of a man becoming an entrepreneur.

MOTIVATION
From chairman who gave such a road-map and vision to be committed totally to the task of building the Shriram group. She was motivated by her beliefs to work hard, to give one-hundred-percent in whatever she takes up and her dedication towards contributing meaningfully to the growth of the organisation. Thousands of children commit petty offences or run away from their home, which motivated her to start a project GIVE LIFE where they try to rewrite their destiny and give them a normal life.

Women Entrepreneurship have become a strong driving force in todays corporate world In India, in the year 1981, only 5.2 percent of women to total were self employed, in 2001, this figure has risen to 11.2 percent and now, it contributes to 20 percent of the entrepreneurial force. The role of Women entrepreneur in economic development is inevitable
Conclusion
A woman has personal character, supple & unique management style, And that personal characters are most important to the success of female entrepreneurship. We noticed this has nothing to do with the gender. So, we draw a final conclusion , that though female entrepreneurship has relative disadvantage with male, but female entrepreneurs share the same success opportunities and fair environment provided by the society.
