USAID/Philippines is soliciting quotations from firms (both local and/or overseas) qualified to supply various supplies for
the RPRMO DOC Team:

• 3 each - Canon EOS R6 Mark II Mirrorless Digital camera with RF 24-105 mm f/4-7.1 IS STM lens
• 6 piece - 128 GB Micro SD Cards with Adapters
• 5 piece - 128 GB Memory Cards
• 6 piece - Lightning to SD Card camera Reader
• 18 piece - EO Anti-fog cleaning cloths
• 2 piece - Memory card readers
• 2 piece - Tripod, small
• 1 piece - Monopod
• 3 piece - Additional camera batteries
• 3 piece - Camera backpacks with computer slots
• 1 piece - Rode wireless PRO wireless microphone system (for DSLR)
• 1 piece - RF15-35mm F2.8L is USM Lens, Standard zoom lens, compatible with EOS R Series Mirrorless Cameras, Black
• 1 piece - RF 70-200mm F2.8 L IS USM
• 1 piece - Canon Speedlite EL-1 Flash
• 1 piece- Ruggard Outrigger 65 DSLR Backpack for DSLR + lenses

Vendor quotes should be valid for a period of at least 90 days and cover the stated period of performance. Vendors are
requested to provide a separate line in their quote denoting shipping fee (FOB destination) if any.

All responsible sources may submit a response which, if timely received, shall be considered by the agency.
Deadline of submission of quotation is on December 11, 2024 (3:30 PM, Manila Time). A Purchase Order (P.O.) will be
awarded to the selected vendor.

the Regional Executive Office/Procurement Services Division.

Note: USAID Philippines is a VAT exempt organization. Payment shall be made via electronic fund transfer (EFT) within
30 days from receipt of items ordered and copy the invoice. The Direct Deposit Sign Up form will be provided to the
vendor upon award.

For all actions which are over $25K, prospective vendors must be registered within the Central Contractor Registration
