Willow Bay has over 100 family campsites, each containing a picnic table, fire ring, and tent pad. Vault toilets, pressurized water fountains, and a trailer dump station are available. The kids will enjoy the playground and wading in the creek. Dead and down wood may be used as firewood. There's a broad, concrete boat launch with a courtesy dock and a spacious parking lot. The large, well-shaded picnic area, with restrooms and a pavilion, sits on a slope overlooking the Allegheny Reservoir. Early morning or late evening walk often provides exciting opportunities to view a variety of wildlife.
