Heat miser has agreed to let go of the mild weather toward the end of December, with cold miser taking charge in January. Several chances of rain will accompany the warm air between Christmas and New Years Day. Colder air is expected to invade in January and likely continue through mid month at least, with some chances for snow during this colder period. Who wins after mid month is still being decided.
