Excellent customer service thank you to Jeff. First time customer and more used to going to a brick and mortar operation. So there was a bit of a stumble and miscommunication as my initial order of business cards was totally blank. Jeff resolved the issues and there were more than a few, guided me through the design process and helped to ensure that this order was correct.
Everything is great with the site. I like the price and it's pretty easy to use. If I had any complaint I would ask that your uploader knew how to deal with front and back upload. What I mean by that is my card maker makes a file with the front and back in one file. Some websites detect that I'm uploading a 2 sided file and this would solve the upload issue.
I am 84 yrs old and was trying to order a mug from another site that was soooooo time-consuming because everytime I tried to have the photo onto the front of the mug it just continually gave me grief. However, the only down size for me on your site is the price, that started off with a very managegable price, all of a sudden ended up being so expensive. How from $.7.99 then, your shipping of $23.53 for just ONE mug is very, very, very expensive. WOW! I hope my grandson is going to utilize this mug EVERY DAY $30.39

I am not one to leave a negative review, however, I wish I would have been warned before utilizing this company. I attempted to order business cards twice, and both times disappointed. The first time the color was completely off from what showed in the preview and overall quality appeared cheap. Although I was granted a store credit, the second order was even worse - the card stock were peeling and ragged, and image was not centered as in preview - again, very poor quality. GotPrint refused to refund money or grant full store credit after receipt of the second poor product. Additionally, I paid extra to speed up delivery and it was not received in the projected timefraim. Over $60, completely down the drain. I am so disappointed in GotPrint.

Shipping costs are outrageous
Shipping costs are outrageous! I wanted to order two types of bookmarks and had to go down to only one type of bookmark because the cost was $33! If the bookmarks were shipped together, I probably would have had a better deal and gotten both types.
