In 2023–24, more than 14,000 Charter Hill members gave over $750 million to UC Berkeley.
The society is uniquely powerful in its impact on the university, much like the hill for which the society is named located just above California Memorial Stadium and providing a majestic view of the UC Berkeley campus, San Francisco Bay, and the Golden Gate Bridge.
