Rationale

• Reason:User:Green, White and Gold made his first edit in the project in hr.wikipedia 4 April 2011 by reverting User:ComtesseDeMingrelie's edit and keep doing it in all other projects including commons. I believe that he keep doing it with the sock puppet user:Tammygeo to avoid block for edit waring. It is possible that this user is also sock puppet of more experienced user - User:Izzedine or other. •  Comment - I had an email request which seems to be related to this. I really don't have the time to investigate in an appropriate way however I would say the request here seems entirely valid and there appears to be puppetry involving a number of users.
