- Bolehall Swifts, relegated from the Midland Football Alliance
- Kenilworth Town, promoted from Division One
- Richmond Swifts, promoted from Division One
- Worcester Athletico
Also, Ansells was renamed David Lloyd, and Alvechurch Villa was renamed Alvechurch.
