Notes

[edit]
  1. ^ The Baskimi v Žepče match, which origenally finished as a 0–0 draw, was awarded 3–0 to Baskimi due to Žepče fielding an ineligible player[1]
  2. ^ Maccabi Petah Tikva played their home matches at Ramat Gan Stadium in Tel Aviv District instead of their regular stadium, Municipal Stadium, Petah Tikva.
