I did search google, but all I found other than Iran International, and the other sources currently present, was 1 article from ABC News, which only mentions it once in one paragraph. And even that one mention was citing "reports from Persian-language media outlets operating outside Iran," which I'm sure is their own way of referring to Iranintl.
For the most part, I think this article needs to move lower on the content assessment scale. Much of the article looks more like soapboxing for the organisation, rather than anything too notable. A lot of it is just Iranintl's opinions about the group's statements, and nothing about any certain protests organised by the group.
