Evelyn O. Smith is an Assistant Professor of Marketing in the Gatton College of Business and Economics, University of Kentucky. Evelyn received her Ph.D. from Foster School of Business, University of Washington. Her research includes game theoretical, mathematical, and empirical modeling for the intersection between marketing and emerging technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI) content recommendation, generative AI, algorithmic policies, and unsupervised machine learning deep neural networks. Her work has been published in Production and Operations Management. Additionally, Evelyn has worked with and consulted for top industry AI-related firms and government entities including Microsoft, Tata, and the UN.
