🗒️ Description

Bump eels resolver to use the latest commit which includes the following PR: petertdavies/ethereum-spec-evm-resolver#10

The PR silences bloat GET request & I/O error messages so we can debug better when using -s.

@danceratopz - I am not sure about the uv.lock changes here, is this correct? It's what my uv sync gives me!

These changes are due to uv updates and are explained in this PR, which contains no dep changes but simply these format changes:

If you uv self update you shouldn't run into this issue next time.

I reset to the prior commit (should have reverted to maintain the diff, sry) and regenerated the uv.lock with uv 0.7.3. The spurious changes have gone.

But LGTM, thanks! I hadn't spotted #1172 was merged! Thanks a lot for silencing these errors. Also benign is such a great word, we should try to use it more often.
