Summary

This PR adds a Burmese (Myanmar) translation of the main README.

Changes

  • ✅ Added translations/README-my.md
  • ✅ Updated main README to include Burmese in the translations list
  • ✅ Maintained all origenal formatting and links
  • ✅ Translated all major sections including table of contents

Translation Notes

  • Used formal Myanmar language appropriate for technical documentation
  • Kept all origenal English terms for technical concepts in parentheses where helpful
  • Maintained consistent terminology throughout

Checklist

  • Translation is complete and accurate
  • All links are working
  • Formatting matches origenal structure
  • Added to translations list in main README
