Any business that uses Svea for checkout and doesn’t help their customers to navigate the process doesn’t deserve your money. Shop elsewhere until they either change their payment process or Svea makes their process customer friendly. There is no excuse for dark patterns in 2025.

Received invoice 26.09.2024 from Svea Inkasso after payment 200 SEK done on 20.09.2024 regarding a scope of service which applies for 01.09. – 30.09.2024.
Clarification Request provided on: 30.0
9.2024
Response received on: 30.10.2024 (one month later)
Svea inkasso payment done 500 SEK obliged on (after received response): 04.11.2024
Svea letter/invoice 680 SEK received again on: 13.11.2024 (to withdraw the case from the bailiff, the remaining debt must be paid agent's and application fee).
Conclusion: 200 SEK paid for a service + 1180 SEK paid for a legal financial exploitation system!

Inkasso for paid invoices - poor communication

Received invoice 26.09.2024 from Svea Inkasso after payment 200 SEK done on 20.09.2024 regarding a scope of service which applies for 01.09. – 30.09.2024.
Clarification Request provided on: 30.09.2024
Response received on: 30.10.2024 (one month later)
Svea inkasso payment done 500 SEK obliged on (after received response): 04.11.2024
Svea letter/invoice 680 SEK received again on: 13.11.2024 (to withdraw the case from the bailiff, the remaining debt must be paid agent's and application fee).
Conclusion: 200 SEK paid for a service + 1180 SEK paid for a legal financial exploitation system!

Sveapay uses misleading languages

Sveapay uses misleading languages. When you want an invoice they apply for credit without you wanting it affecting your credit score.

Hi Emil! When you choose to pay against an invoice, you take a credit. Which means that a credit report can be taken. Information about the conditions can be found at the checkout on the store's website and is approved with Bank ID to complete the purchase.

Horrible Customer Service

Typical, horrible customer service from a bank. Spoke to a young manager, Alex, who had no people skills and got angry when I tried to explain my situation. If I had a choice, I would never do business with them.

Horrible support and due to…

Horrible support and due to misunderstanding between bank and the company we bought from, they made us pay fee, even if we did prove that all the payments were paid on time just on other account. Avoid them with any cost, to avoid extra fees...

Change of contract terms without notice

When I signed the contract, the amount was supposed to be automatically deducted from my account monthly. Instead, they started to send invoices that I needed to pay manually (and because it was supposed to be deducted automatically, I thought they were barely informative). Instead of sending a reminder, they changed the contract terms from a 0% interest credit to an abusive interest loan + penalty fees, again without sending a notice. I realized about all this one day that I logged in Svea to check the length of the loan, I saw that no invoices were paid for 3 months...
Won't use svea again, it was very dodgy trust that they did this without noticing the customer.

I am not a big fan of their banking…

I am not a big fan of their banking services. With invoices, they send reminders only after they expire and they can charge extra for reminders. It is indeed my fault that I missed the date, however, I still find it not only customer unfriendly but also unethical from their side.

Waiting on call seems forever . The English version doesn’t say you should have the case number, customer service agent doesn’t want to collaborate or even help, they just want to hang up the phone even though asking general questions.

Be aware of scammers! They kept on sending invoices on my old Adress and i had to pay 3x more yet i had my Adress changed two months before i shifted. Parasites every where.

Worst of the worst AM not Svea Customer…

Worst of the worst AM not Svea Customer still me a letter that I have to answer on question by law.

I asked u to delete me and forget me accordingly to GPDR over 2 years AGO now we know u did not respect it and thereby broke the law we are acting accordingly
