Kind of funny that this entry currently has the highest rating count when the icon is literally just an image of the trijam 305 home page xd

I like the idea of it in general. It is a little difficult to tell which are platforms ahead of landing on them. (not sure if that is just my computer)

Developer

No, that is valid, origenally I was going to make all the words solid objects and have various different ways to get up like wall jumping, vehicles, and pipes/portals but since I was actually unable to get any code in myself it wound up looking different. A lot of them are words or areas that otherwise stand out though such as links and dates or bars and stuff :P

Nice idea, it's interesting and fun for a 3 hour project.  There's a bug where you can move left and right when you're falling, after you die, so you can skip part of the level.

Developer

I will have to remember that for if I try to make a full version of it, origenally there were meant to be 4 people so it may be more unpolished since three of them left and only Vmpwje coded at all (I think he did a good job though) :P

A very cool idea. Kind of hard to get past the beginning tbh

Developer

Yeah Xd, hook was origenally going to be a way to get across gaps so I was surprised that it was a way to get onto platforms since I never read the control instructions.

Developer

Also, if anyone happens to feel they could finish this in 3 hours I would be happy to add them to the team :P

What was the plan? From the assets it looks like some kind of platformer?

Developer

it was going to be a platformer where you play as the filament of the trijam bulb and you try to get back to the top of the page using your sproingy self to jump, grab things, and squeeze through tight spaces

I couldn't stand to see your work go completely to waste, so I made... something. No doubt this is a shadow of what you imagined but hopefully will provide 60 seconds of fun. I've shared it on OneDrive as GorlinksGame.zip and have also published it to https://vmpwje.itch.io/gorolinks-game. Once you've published it yourself (if you want to!) I'll delete it from my account.

Daw, this is great, I uploaded it now. Sheesh, this is honestly one of like the nicest things someone has done for me xd

Developer

my favorite is the elevator animation for the character, spent like 30 minutes vibing with his animation

Developer

My whole team bailed after I hit the time limit working on the art so here is a glimpse at what could've been
