Thanks! I was working quickly and didn't have time to debug it. It was caused by the speed of the text animation on a finish signal so the entire time is correctly animated. I got it close and then gave up and submitted it. Used a label for the non-highlighted text and an animated RichTextLabel2 for the highlighted text with a combination of a timer and signal method.

Played twice. Didn't realize the game was afoot at first Then played again and won. Having a heading or compass would be helpful. You might want to add partially transparent pixels or a consistent outline on the wheel after the jam.

Ending 8. Always bet on beartraps.

Fun. Could use a little more visual guidance. You can exit over the world on both sides.

How did you choose implement the balloon physics?

I like the simple art style. It reminds me of the gameplay of the old lcd handheld games.

Thanks for playing and the feedback. Yeah, I didn't have time to develop some of the aspects I had planned, including graphical and audio consistencies. I'll keep it in mind about the HUD next time. It is a bug where the internal values are correct, but it doesn't seem to always render the update if the computer slows down for a moment.

Fantastic game. You can tell the effort you put into this. I got the Paths Explorer - we've guided humanity through the ages, ensuring its survival and prosperity. Does the leaderboard work? It was empty.

Excellent trijam. You might want to tune the difficulty or add better web repair after a few days of wind.

I like the pixel font on the page too.

Thanks for trying it! We ran out of time and uploaded what we had after 3 hours. Check back after the trijam for the patched version.

Thanks. Yeah, that's definitely true. We were messing with animation and ran out of time within the 3 hours. After the Trijam 307 is over, we'll reupload the game with a now working MVP.

fun start for a game. looking forward seeing what you develop it into.

Riddles is a neat idea.

I like how you did the room visuals with two photos

I like the idea of it in general. It is a little difficult to tell which are platforms ahead of landing on them. (not sure if that is just my computer)

Camera was making it difficult, I'd like to try again after the voting with the patch. So many secrets in that room!

Wow, 3D in 3 hours! Note player can clip through the door

I like it, it is a great start! I got to the blinking light part.

Well done! I like the coffee.

Somewhere between pong and a 2D sports game. Maybe you can add more teammates and AI for the goalie.

This is a great 6 hour, first game. Nicely done!

Fun Game Jam game! Normally I don't like tutorial levels, but this was quick and well done. Good job.

Fun game! I like the design and that you added a leaderboard.

Great trailer! When trying the game though it is just a black screen for me. I even tried turning it off and on again.

Too slow, too slow! The World is the ultimate Stand.

"Too slow, too slow! The World is the ultimate Stand."

Oh no! Ok, thank you for the heads up. You should be able to access it now.

During the official 1 hour patch window, this was fixed. Thank you for pointing out the concern and feedback. Please let me know if using E/Q instead works better for you.

Please try the arrow keys instead.

Thanks for trying it and the feedback!

Thanks! Yeah, more stories would definitely improve it. Originally it read from a local file book.txt, but to package it for web I had to package it in the export but ran out of time for that submenu. I was thinking of improving the game a little and adding optional background music and a book selection menu. Check back again after I add it.

Runs in browser now
