Windows tells me the zip-file Super Overhead Adventure.zip and Overhead Adventure1.4.zip contains a Trojan-virus called ZkarletFlash. Is this true?

I'm super sorry. There are a couple posts like this, and I'm honestly not sure what to make of it. I'll look into it

I've been running Windows Defender and not getting this. Can you tell me what you used to find this?

It was Windows Defender that detected it. It warned about the Interactive Demo.zip that's inside the download. It could be false alarm, but it stopped the download before finishing it.
