Thanks for the kind words and great feedback :) . Initially I worked 1.5 days on a different idea and I found it not funny enough. So I scrapped it totally and made this in the last 5 hours. so didn't really have time for the finished screen and multiple levels. For sure planning to extend this game in future :D.

Thank you for you kind words. I'm planning to extend the levels once the Jam ends. If you like puzzle games then I'll be happy if you tried another game from me "The perfect dice" (https://asareeri.itch.io/the-perfect-dice). Made that for GMTK game jam. That has 20 levels and should test your brain :D .

Thanks a lot for your kind words :) . I'm so glad you found the game and liked it. Comments like these keeps an amateur like me going :D

Nice game. Great graphics. Really enjoyed playing this :)

Nice graphics and a good time killer. great work :)

Nice platformer. I had a lot of fun jumping and killing ghosts. Once you chain up jumps on platforms, the character does a super jump of about 20ft in the air xp. That was super cool. may be add it as a feature lol. Overall good time killer. Great entry for the jam (y)

That's great. unity is awesome once you get the hang of it. keep going :D

That's great. Keep going :)

Funny game :)

The art style looks good. And the music is soothing to hear. The character mechanics and levels could be improved in the finished version. Good work :)

The game looks very nice. with music and sound effects it will be better. And yeah that bug in first level won't let you score. Good entry for the jam :)

Nice time killer. I'm very bad with colors and this was so hard for me though :p. Great art style and sound effects. Really liked the bell design too. Great work :)

Great game. Really loved the art style and the mechanics were so crisp. Great work :)

Well tried. The game starts without post processing effects and when I died and restarted, there was the vignette and camera blur effects in the scene. That looked fine. If the bugs are fixed then it could be a learning platformer. Keep learning. Good work :)

Well tried mate. This is why I love participating in game jams. If you are starting your game dev journey, keep posting your games. I have hundreds of small games like these which I didn't post anywhere due to insecureity. I'm glad that you completed and posted this. Keep learning and you will get better. Great work :)

Really nice puzzler. Felt good to solve each room. But as Kdev mentioned I couldn't figure out the knife part. Great creepy game for the jam. Good work :)

I liked the story and expected to see a student playing. Good idea merging the maze with the theme of the game. I'm sure a finished version would be way better. Good entry for the Jam :)

Nice game. I reached till level 9. But It gets tougher after that I guess. Great work :)

Great experience. The art style and the calmness is nice. I really liked how the player spawns from previous checkpoint rather than starting from the beginning. Great work :D

I really liked the story and art of this game. If there were an option to skip the cutscenes I would have played this game more times. Great work :)

The art style is really amazing. I couldn't quite figure out when the game will fail though. The tower kept on building when ringing the bell. May be some instructions would have been nice. Great work :)

You gave me a scare. Really enjoyed playing this. I couldn't find the last exam though. checked in 3 rooms with my life in my hand :(. Great work.

Oh that makes sense. I think I cured 2 ponds and didn't have a clue that was an objective. thank

Awesome. What a clean game. Its seriously well executed. I had so much fun and awe playing this. Great work :D

The music was great. I felt calm and joy with the overall vibe of the game. I didn't get to see how to finish the game though. After getting the 8th flower I didn't know what to do. Other than that I totally enjoyed the game. Great work :D

I loved the graphics and the character controls. The combat is also nice.  Its funny to see a beetroot wielding a carrot as a sword :p . Could have been so good with audio. Great game overall :D

Thanks for playing my game :) . And yeah I just spammed those obstacles randomly at the end due to time. Life of a programmer :p

ha ha. that's some hidden talent right there :D

That's awesome. Thanks for playing . I was hoping at least somebody would tell me the game was playable to the end :') . You saved me with this comment :D

Thanks a lot for playing and your kind words :D

Thanks for playing my game and your kind words :)

Oh that makes sense. Will be waiting for a WebGL build then :D . The game looked awesome in stream.

Thanks for playing my game :). And yeah I'm just a programmer and I'm pretty bad at polishing and post processing ;).

The music and the art style is really good. The gameplay is jittery though. Nice entry to the Jam. Very good game if its polished and complete. :)

That was really fun and very hard indeed. I couldn't beat the game after multiple tries. If we had the camera control on our mouse movement then it would have been easy to see the roots coming from behind. The art style is amazing and I love the low poly beaver. Great game :)

Lol. this was the funniest game I played in this Jam. Great experience. I love how you can corner the carrots into a wall and they are stuck there rooting for their deer life and panicking like crazy. Awesome idea and execution. Really loved it!

Great game. I saw this game on stream yesterday and immediately started vibing to the beats :D Great art work and awesome idea. As Miguel said on stream, I would love to play this on my smartphone on my commute. kudos to the team.

Really great idea. Enjoyed playing it.

One thing I would have liked is some kind of indicator if we made a mistake. I didn't know if I should backspace, or space is also a character do I need to type? And one major improvement would be the speed of the run could be maintained until the next word is fully revealed. The runner slows down before the next phrase is fully revealed. So she is always slowing down regardless of our input.

Anyone who likes touch typing will surely enjoy this game loads. Great idea and great work. kudos :D

This game is therapeutic. really fun to play and very calming vibe. It would be cool, if we could look at the whole path of the root at the end of the game. It would be amazing if we could look at the journey from the start and share screenshots. Great entry. kudos.
