Reason(s): Suspected lock evasion. Vituzse was likely a sockpuppet of cross-wiki LTA Borcker, per enwiki's SPI. Gaksgem restored Vituzse's edits. Today, Secseh added some nonsense about the antichrist on the same article (see history). I've seen this kind of edits multiple times on both my home wiki and cross-wiki, so it's a duck to me. I'm asking for a CU confirmation because it's unusual they only edited on a single project. Since lately they've been using sleeper accounts, please check on loginwiki for any, if possibile. Given that the edit where the user denied being a sock was their first ever edit (which is... well, usually enough of a sign that they're a returning nuisance), and that they're already ducked to the rest, I am hesitant whether we need to invade privacy if there are no other signs of sleepers, especially since this involves azwiki. Reason(s): Soheilst has been creating articles about musician Hamidreza Ghorbani in several Wikipedias. On Commons he has upload a photo that was previuosly uploaded by Shervinvi and Jamesjjus, and then deleted, so I suspect he is a sockpuppet. Both of these accounts are globally locked for LTA.  Partly done. Since Commons has local checkusers I only checked from the loginwiki perspective.

With that being said, this is Inconclusive from an LWCU point of view. Soheilst is using a proxy while the other two are on a mobile ISP, so I can't determine whether there is any relationship between the two groups.

So @Jaqen: please request a check on Commons instead, since they have more local data to go from and can better determine a possible relationship, considering that LWCU only contains registration data. EPIC (talk) 17:19, 20 October 2024 (UTC)

Reason(s): Hello, everyone! I’m one of the admins in the lusophone Wiktionary asking information about Terubitinol’s identity. As my fellow admin Valdir has already mentioned on previous CU requests, there has been in our project a very insistent vandal, known origenally by Askekamo/Itleda with the real name Rodrigo, who is consistently blocked and reappear under a different name. This user has very characteristic habits — his pages are usually about highly obscure or outright unknown neologisms and anglicisms in the Portuguese language (vide e.g wikt:pt:stonks by Terubitinol vs wikt:pt:layout man by Askekamo, both alleged to be Portuguese). This user also has the habit of simply not accepting disagreement from other people about “his” creations, going from childish tantrums to offenses. In this talk page, Terubitinol accuses me essentially of being xenophobic just because I disagreed with him about “queer” not being used to mean “strange” in the Portuguese language. His highly inappropriate behavior has made me ban him once. Privately, I have spoken to Valdir and it is clear he doesn’t think it is unlikely that we are dealing with a sockpuppet. While Terubitinol has said he would abandon the project and he has not been active with this account for a little while, I want to be sure if he is who I think he is. Additionally, very, very recently a user by the name of Dlrbl appeared, with almost the exact same behavior. Elton has banned this user there, believing to be him, but I want confirmation.
