Meetings are held regularly, twice a month at different times to enable as many as possible to be able to participate at least once a month.

(As a temporary situation, meetings are held once a month until further structuring takes place.)

The regular schedule is the first Sunday of the month 18:00 and the third Sunday of the month 11:00. When the next meeting is decided, also add it to the Events calendar or create a page in the Event namespace. Minutes are usually taken and saved.
