American Broadcasting Company, (ABC, bahasa Melayu: "Syarikat Penyiaran Amerika") ialah sebuah rangkaian televisyen Amerika Syarikat yang diasaskan pada tahun 1943 dengan berpecah dari rangkaian radio Biru NBC. ABC kini dimiliki Syarikat Walt Disney dan merupakan sebahagian Kumpulan Televisyen Disney-ABC. ABC mula disiarkan di TV pada tahun 1948. Ibu pejabat korporatnya terletak di Manhattan, Bandar Raya New York, sementara jabatan-jabatan rancangannya bertapak di Burbank, California, berhampiran Studio Walt Disney dan ibu pejabat korporat Syarikat Walt Disney. ABC merupakan rangkaian TV yang paling kerap ditonton pada tahun 2008.
