Background

Before we start the A/B test for recommendations, we need to prepare the community for our experiment

User story

Add a product team, we want to ensure our community is aware and considered with our recommendations A/B test

Requirements

Document communication strategy for the A/B test, including logged in users

Acceptance criteria

@jwang is aware of deploy date and tear down date.
@sgrabarczuk is aware of deploy date and tear down date.
Both are updated of any delays or time changes.

Communication criteria - does this need an announcement or discussion?

We will launch a conversation around the feature and the upcoming a/b test in January across wikis. Specifically we will focus on the following questions:

What other recommendations would be interesting to include? (for example - things like nearby, see also, etc)?
This is only for articles. If we were to do it for the main page/general browsing - what do you think would be interesting in addition to the main page content (for example - most edited, most read, etc)?
We are exploring adding these types of recommendations in a few places throughout the experience. Where else do you think something like this would be helpful (for example, we test on the right side of articles in desktop)?
