COLLABORATION TEAM CURRENT WORK
As the Collaboration team becomes the Growth team and transitions into growth-related work, I've identified the following tasks from the current board that I think should be done.
The criteria I've used are:
- Watchlist beta graduation tasks
- Unbreak-Now or blockers for external teams for components the Collaboration team has been traditionally responsible for. Including, but not limited to (there's a list somewhere with more):
- RCFilters
- Flow
- Echo
- Thanks
- PageTriage
- Nuke
T198771: Fatal exception of type Flow\Exception\InvalidDataException
- Not UBN now because I've fixed the page manually but will be when other users disable the Flow beta feature
T195029: Retire $wgStructuredChangeFiltersShowPreference
- Cannot be done immediately but should be done shortly after after Watchlist beta graduation so we properly cleanup after ourselves
T154719: PageTriage opens master connection on GET for ArticleMetadata cache misses
- Will be blocking multi DC effort
T174819: Show last 250 changes and period selection dropdowns are not keyboard accessible
- Accessibility is part of our mission
T191860: Buttons in FilterMenuHeaderWidget like “Highlight results“ are not keyboard accessible
- Accessibility is part of our mission
T187861: Flow does not emit recent change event when regular user creates topic
- Makes moderation of some Flow content harder. Will be UBN during next spam attack
T197234: Expected mass rollback of all peer transactions (DBO_TRX set)
- Spamming the logs (to be confirmed: this is in prod or just vagrant?)
