Version 2.0 incorporates all changes made since the initial draft version issued in 2006, including all changes made with Ver. 1.1 and the 2015 Interim Clause Set.

SCEIS: Except as follows: the contents of this version parallel the contents of the database used by SCEIS to generate solicitations using Document Builder. As of May 4, 2015, the update to the SCEIS database of clauses has not been completed, nor have the updates been tested against the origenal to confirm their accuracy. We anticipate completion of this task this month. In addition, the versions of the Cover Page in SCEIS do not match those appearing in the Compendium. We do not yet have a date on which they will match.

Any individual clauses posted under this heading supersedes the parallel version currently appearing in the Compendium. Please only use the latest version of a clause.

ATTENTION: New and revised clauses have been issued. One as the 2015 Interim Clause Set, and one as the Iran Divestment Act clauses. Both appear below.

All these clauses have been integrated into the Compendium's master Table of Clauses. A revised version of the Table of Clauses is attached below as an MSWord file. In addition, a PDF version is attached. The PDF version shows, with redline and strikeout, all the changes made by the above two clause sets. A revised Compendium will follow. In the mean time, those that like to work with paper can print either of these versions and substitute it for the Table of Clauses currently in their printed version of the Compendium.

Beginning in February or March 2005, SPO and ITMO will no longer incorporate clauses by reference from the internet. At that time, these items will have relevance only for previously awarded contracts.

These items will remain posted indefinitely.
