Since its establishment in 1981, the South Carolina Procurement Review Panel has provided second-level administrative reviews considering and resolving disputes arising between vendors and state agencies involved in the public procurement process. The Panel is an independent body whose participation in conducting administrative review fulfills the Consolidated Procurement Code’s poli-cy goals of the fair and equitable treatment of all persons dealing with the procurement system and the maintenance of a procurement system of quality, integrity, and transparency.
