What are the best aspects of this product?
The level of personalization this app has allowed us to do is amazing. We can set up triggered messages based on purchase stage, territory, product, etc. Even our sales team has been able to sort leads by sales stage and that has given them a major way to customize their pitch.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
We're using an internal CRM and integration isn't that smooth. We'll probably shift our CRM to the cloud, as well.
What specific problems in your company were solved by
this product?
It adds another channel to our customer service and one that can speed up resolution. I also sense that we're able to nurture a closer connection to customers when we deal with them via chat. Often, we use this moment of truth--when a customer is conversing with us live--to segue the topic to sales, and it works.
