What are the best aspects of this product?

iSpring has a simple, but really functional, user interface. You can easily develop and manage courses even if it's your first time using the app. It won't take long for you to master it.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It does not allow users to add/link short video clips from external sources that can be used in the courses.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Training thousands of employees from different offices was a real headache for us. With a limited number of training officers, visiting them in their respective locations is costly. It may take weeks to finish training. Now we can train them simultaneously without spending so much on food, transit, and accommodation.
