What are the best aspects of this product?
What I love the most about iSpring is that it allows me to migrate Powerpoint presentations and convert them into a brand new course. Its functionality is amazing! I can give quizzes, monitor deadlines, do surveys, record audio, export class reports -- it's pretty responsive! Big thumbs up, as well, to their great customer service!
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Minor issues: (1) there's no way to keep old courses hidden from new participants, and (2) it doesn't have a "send-to-all" messaging feature. I also think that the e-commerce feature needs improving since it does not have an "add to cart" option allowing multiple course purchases at a time.
What specific problems in your company were solved by
this product?
In-person training is costly. With iSpring, my trainees and I get to save a lot of time and money from travel and lodging. iSpring, online courses in general, also helped us adapt easily with the frequent changes in our program's timeline. This is hard to do in a physical classroom setting because sudden changes require so much effort in adjusting everything that has been prepared.
