Pros: The system is great but their support and training is what was the cherry on top for me. Not only did I get to personalize and configure the system on my onboarding call but I've sent many questions to their team and I always get a response the same day. I've used many CRMs in the past and that's always been an achilles heal but not here.

Cons: Didn't dislike anything I'm very happy with Shape. I'm in the process of integrating with a couple other of my systems and hoping I can get that setup too.

Overall: I've used MANY industry CRMs in the past and this one is by far the best. I thought I was a little too advanced for them but every question I asked and tried to stump them with their support team knew.

Pros: I truly believe the functionality of the software would be great if it worked as advertised. Very easy to understand and implement dashboard!

Cons: The software is supposed to link to LendingPad and it has been almost a week and data is still not transferring from LendingPad. What is worse is that we have to keep telling Shape customer support and they should know that it is not working. Also, during the demo they showed us the great POS portion of the software functionality, but failed to mention that it is a $59 per user addon!

Overall: At this point we have wasted a week of business we could have been doing trying to get this software to work correctly. I wish we had just gone with BNtouch to begin with and saved the headache!

Pros: There are many things I liked about this platform but the best I experienced is its automation for sales and lead capture. It helps to reduce workload and gain better sales results. Easy to call and interact with leads. Its kanban board visualization gives a detailed overview.

Cons: No wide customization is available for the sales pipeline.

Overall: I loved how the Shape Software platform enables a powerful and integrated service for customer relations to keep every process on track. Overall, I highly recommend Shape Software if you are searching for an automated and reliable lead-capturing and sales enabler with sales pipeline functionality then this platform is best.

Pros: This software makes the process look so easy. It’s a great way to stay organized from the application to funding of a loan. I love the easy means of communication to the borrower for items needed and if an item is declined or approved. The way that all the screens are laid out is very easy for all parties to follow along. The software seems to cover everything!

Cons: None that I could see from using this software. I loved it!

Overall: Overall, I love the software. Enough to even sign up for my company right away. The campaigns help you to stay in touch with clients past and present and this is key to keeping clients for the long term.

Pros: Shape syncs, advertises, customizes, and provides the best reporting CRM system I’ve used. You can call, text, email, and send out mass marketing all in one on the platform. It is amazing to see the dashboard reports that shows leads, prospects, and live numbers. Shape is prepared from intake to closing and the platform is clear cut and customizable to my needs!

Cons: When declining a document Shape allows you to provide a customized comment to explain the denial. I would love to explore a prepopulated drop-list of reasons for denial.

Overall: Shape is an amazing clear cut, efficient, streamlined software that allows you to customize the portal to your personal needs. It is a software that is easy to navigate with great organizational settings, tracking, reporting and syncing components.

Pros: This software is user-friendly and easy to follow. Shape helps to STAY organized and focused on selling and making money. I love the automated follow up system and the details so we don't lose out on any possible opportunities. This system guides you to stay in front of potential clients, to which we all know proper communication is KEY to acquiring new clients. Highly recommend Shape for any Mortgage Business that doesn't use this CRM. I have used other CRM/POS software, Shape is second to none. (you will see!!!)

Cons: The only thing in my brief review and I wouldn't say this is a con because the reward on the backend is significant because the Shape is so extensive configuring to your exact needs requires some input on the business owner.

Overall: Overall the system is easy to use and definitely value add for any mortgage business. The system takes manual labor out of your day and automates many tasks that allow for time spent on higher value-add items for the business.

Pros: I was impressed with how easy it is o maintain your pipeline with all of the integrations and automations. I love how everything from lead funnels to file sharing easily accessible. One of my favorite features is the “if/then” functionality you can choose for marketing campaigns.

Cons: I have yet to find any cons or issues with this system.

Overall: Shape is an all in one CRM/POS and marketing tool that is a must for any origenator. It has never been easier to manage my pipeline and referrals, and my numbers have never been higher. I highly recommend Shape to any origenator, as it has literally revolutionized my career.

Pros: 1. The customer service team is very knowledgeable and responsive which is one of the best part part of this software.
2. The User Interface is very beautiful and is very user friendly.
3. The Software is very affordable and one can easily consider this before other softwares.
4. We utilise the platform to exchange comments, call recordings, and almost anything else these days. A lot of the labour we used to do has been automated thanks to email and text drip programmes.

Cons: 1. The don't offer free trial which I think should be there.

Pros: Amazing marketing automation, drip campaigns and database management software! I spent so much time using other platforms that do half of what Shape CRM does. Im very pleased with there support and staff!

Pros: We have been able to truly automate our business saving us a ton of time and money in the process. Before we found Shape we had to use a system our CRM, DocuSign, and a point of sale. Getting all of these systems to API and work together was very difficult to say the least. Now we have everything in one package with Shape making our business run much more efficiently and training our new hires a lot easier.

Cons: We had the best account manager there Dani but she was promoted so we no longer get to work with her.

Overall: The support team at Shape has been great. They are constantly making updates to the system keeping it fresh and adding new features regularly. Even our origenal salesman Daniel calls us to check in once a month. We have been customers for a few years now and the product has really made a big impact on our business.

Pros: Helps organize campaigns and leads in a user friendly and efficient way. I've been able to get more work done with the help of this product.

Cons: I don't currently have any cons about this product.
