Where you'll learn.
Wilderness surrounds Fairbanks, yet highways, airlines, fiber and satellites firmly connect it to the world. So you can attend and earn your degree online from anywhere.
In Fairbanks, you’ll find the Troth Yeddha’ Campus, the UAF Community and Technical College and the Interior Alaska Campus. Beyond, regional campuses serve Kotzebue, Bethel, Nome and Dillingham. Research sites can take you to Kodiak in the south, Juneau in the east and Toolik Lake above the Arctic Circle.

Inspiring Girls* Expeditions Alaska has opened applications for its 2025 tuition-free science and art backcountry excursions. The programs offer hands-on outdoor experiences that combine adventure with scientific and artistic exploration.
Forum brings together Interior farmers, producers and market gardeners
January 14, 2025
A free two-day event will offer a mix of formal presentations and time for Interior Alaska farmers and growers to share ideas and knowledge. The inaugural Interior Alaska Farm Forum will be held from Jan. 31 to Feb. 1, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., at Pike's Waterfront Lodge in Fairbanks. It is designed to connect local farmers with other farmers and with the resources they need to succeed. It's also an opportunity for people thinking about becoming farmers to learn more.
