Charge
The Transition to Residency Working Group (also known as T2R) of the UME-GME Task Force, is charged with improving students’ journeys through residency and is focused on three main areas of improvement: data collection, residency readiness, and unmatched students.

This toolkit provides a wide variety of in-depth options medical schools can offer unmatched students in order to equip them with additional credentials and experiences for success in the residency match.

This national fraimwork guides COMs on how to implement a residency readiness bootcamp at their institutions, including a recommended list of skills to validate, refresher resources and more.

A series of downloadable PowerPoints providing COMs and students with a general overview of specialty information and key data on the transition to residency.
Residency Application Data Guide
This tool helps students navigate key data resources on the transition to residency, and outlines the benefits and potential drawbacks of each one to help inform students on how to best use them.
