Driven by regularly collected primary data, its objective is to understand the impact of shocks in food crisis contexts and inform decision-making in support of agricultural livelihoods.

Since its establishment, DIEM-monitoring has surveyed over 600,000 households through 180 surveys, covering 348 provinces across 42 countries.
