.SYNOPSIS...Gentle to moderate winds will prevail through the
weekend across the Atlantic and Caribbean waters. Another set of
NW swell will impact the local Atlantic waters by the end of the
week, producing rough to very rough seas near the Windward and
Mona Passages. Slight to moderate seas are expected for the 
Caribbean waters through the weekend.
