Welcome to the Office of Urban Indian Health Programs' (OUIHP) website! We work diligently to provide public health services and support to the United States urban American Indian and Alaska Native (AI/AN) population through Title V of the Indian Health Care Improvement Act.

The 4-in-1 grant program provides funding to UIOs to ensure comprehensive, culturally acceptable personal and public health services are available and accessible to the Urban AI/AN population.
