When is my order processed?
All orders are processed within 24 - 48 hours of placing the order.

How will I know if you have received my order?
When you order online, you will receive a confirmation of your order via e-mail (trusting your e-mail address is correct), phone, or mail. You may contact us anytime or call us toll free at 1-866-225-7474 with questions concerning your order, Tuesday - Friday 10:00 a.m. - 5 p.m. EST and Saturdays 10:00 a.m. - 5 p.m. EST..


Can I cancel or change my order after it's been submitted?

If we (or the manufacturer) have not shipped your order or begun to customize (embossing, engraving, etching, monogramming) the item(s) for which you have requested customization, you may request a change or cancel your order.  No customized orders may be canceled at any time. For the fastest service, contact us or please call 1-866-225-7474, Tuesday - Friday 10:00 a.m. - 5 p.m. EST and Saturdays 10:00 a.m. - 5 p.m. EST..


What shipping methods are available?

All online orders are shipped via UPS Ground Service to the United States only.  Second-day and Next-day shipping is available for most items at an additional cost of $7.50 and $15.00, respectively.  If you would like to inquire about cost and availability of express shipping for your order (only available in the contiguous United States), contact us anytime or please call us at 1-866-225-7474, Tuesday - Friday 10:00 a.m. - 5 p.m. EST and Saturdays 10:00 a.m. - 5 p.m. EST..

What will it cost me in the way of delivery charges?  What is included in your Delivery charges?
Delivery charges for U.S orders will be calculated automatically when you proceed to checkout on our website or when you place an order over the telephone.  If we need to ship your order in parts, delivery and service charges will apply on a pro-rated basis.  Please see "Shipping and Returns" for more details regarding shipping.


Can I ship items to more than one address when placing an order online?

We will gladly ship items to more than one address, however we cannot do this online within an order at this time.  If you would like to place an order with multiple delivery addresses, contact us anytime, or please call us at 1-866-225-7474, Tuesday - Friday 10:00 a.m. - 5 p.m. EST and Saturdays 10:00 a.m. - 5 p.m. EST..


When will I receive my order?

Most in-stock items will be shipped within 24-48 hours of processing via UPS ground service.  For in-stock items shipped within the United States you can expect to receive your order within 10-18 days.  Some items are on backorder with the manufacturer and may take several weeks and in some cases, months, for complete delivery.   Please allow additional time for customization items.            

If my item(s) is on "backorder", what happens?
Occasionally, because many pieces are handmade and handcrafted or due to popular demand an item may be temporarily out-of-stock.  When this happens, we will notify you via e-mail with details of the situation and an estimated delivery time.  We will ship these item(s) as they become available, so if you order multiple items and any of those items is on backorder, you will receive multiple shipments for your order.  If you prefer, you may request that we hold your order until of the items are in-stock, or to request any other information concerning your order please call 1-866-225-7474, Tuesday - Friday 10:00 a.m. - 5 p.m. EST and Saturdays 10:00 a.m. - 5 p.m. EST., or contact us anytime.


An item that I have ordered is on backorder and I do not want to wait for it, how can I cancel it?

To cancel any backordered item, please call us at 1-866-225-7474.   No customized item(s) may be canceled once ordered and processed for shipment.   If the item(s) has not been shipped from our fulfillment center to you then we will cancel it immediately.  If the item has already shipped, simply return the item(s) that you do not want and we will issue you a store credit.


If my selection is "cancelled" what happens?

Occasionally we receive multiple orders for items that are being discontinued and become permanently unavailable before we can remove them from our website.  When this happens, we will notify you immediately with details and may suggest an alternate product.

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time.
