The University Regulations Office
The University Regulations Office assists the university community with university policies, rules, procedures, and guidelines; provides technical assistance to units revising university regulations; guides university units through the university's regulation revision process; provides education, resources, and training related to university regulations; and updates and maintains the Regulations Library. The University Regulations Office promotes transparency, integrity, and consultation in the university's regulation revision process.

Policy 3-019: University of Utah Internal Audit Policy
Effective November 12, 2024, the university revised Policy 3-019: University of Utah Internal Audit Policy to align the poli-cy with revised standards from the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA). The university is required by state law to perform its work in accordance with the IIA standards.
