Application Process
The application process for Non-Traditional students is listed below. However, if you have any questions about one of the steps, an Admissions Counselor is only a phone call or email away to assist you at any time in your journey.
- Go to BecomeAJaguar.com to create a profile and begin the application process. OR, if you plan on using a fee waiver, you must complete the application with ApplyTexas.
- Pay the $30 application fee and submit your application.
- Submit official transcripts from all prior universities or colleges attended. Transcripts should not be dated more than one year old from the print date on the transcript.
- Post-baccalaureate students: The office of admissions will determine, once verifying that you have already earned a bachelor’s degree, that you are a post-baccalaureate student.
- Transient students: Your most recent transcript will be reviewed and must show that the student is in Good Standing with the last institution attended.
Submit college transcripts via one of the following methods:
- EDI-Electronic Data Interchange (for Texas Colleges and Universities only)
- Sent directly from the prior institution to the Admissions email: admissions@tamusa.edu
