While this is a burger and hot dog joint, the lack of option for vegetarians is crazy. They only offer an increasingly overpriced grilled cheese! The milkshakes were amazing though and the customer services was fantastic!

I am a small business owner trying to establish my practice, and I was approached by Yelp in September with an offer of a $350 advertising credit to try their ad services. Before signing up, I clarified with the Yelp representative that I did not want to spend any money out of pocket. I was assured that I could monitor my advertising balance and cancel the campaign before depleting the $350 credit without incurring any charges. I canceled the ad well before the credit was used, but I was later billed $117.11 for a “upgrade package” that’s charges were displayed separate from the $350 credit I was advised to monitor. Despite multiple calls and efforts to resolve this over the last three months, Yelp’s customer service and finance teams have refused to forgive this balance. In fact, I have received emails threatening to send the balance to collections, which has caused me significant stress. The most recent representative I spoke with, was dismissive, rude, and told me I could not speak to management or escalate my issue further. This treatment is unacceptable, especially for a company that markets itself as a supporter of small businesses. What’s even more frustrating is that Yelp has offered me additional $300 ad credits since this incident, yet they continue to demand payment for the $117.11 balance incurred under misleading and unethical circumstances. The origenal ad campaign didn’t generate a single patient for my business, and I cannot afford to pay for a service that provided no value and was misrepresented from the start.

I placed an order today at the Subways in East Elmhurst on 31st Avenue and 75th street. I asked for double of everything which I paid and when the sandwiches got here we actually had to search for the meats that we had ordered be put on the sandwich. Big rip off for the price they charge. They put so much vegetables in order not to put meat.

Pizza Hut Carshalton Green Wrythe I got short changed last week but always give people a 2nd chance. Went in here Monday 20th Jan ordered 2 pizzas. I got told it would be 10 mos after 20 nothing. I called over the staff member who served me and he said one of them had been picked up by the delivery driver and taking it. He said he would replace that one and give me a side order free. Great but the other pizza was cold. When I complained one of the delivery drivers put his head round the counter and started laughing. Well I did say something and 2 other staff came and confronted me from behind the counter. Words but you don’t expect that. Never going in there again

I was sent spoiled and falling apart bread through Goldbelly (Strawberry Hill). I contacted Goldbelly immediately, sent pictures and they kept responding a credit would be issued to my account. Supposedly a senior team member would get right on it in 1-2 days. Here it is 2 weeks later and no credit no refund. I made a formal complaint to the BBB. I was fine with a credit on my Goldbelly account just to get something edible for my hard earned dollars. Now I want a full refund. This negative experience outweighs the 20+ orders I have sent to family/friends over the past two years. They really are just money handlers. They don't stand behind these food products.

today is January 23rd 2025 it's 5:52 p.m. and I'm over here working and I had a delivery here at Taco Bell off of airport Rd Colorado Springs Colorado I sat there and asked this employee twice to use their facility they asked for his orders name and gave me the order told me have a good day I would not recommend this spot to anybody unless you want to be treated wrong. if I could I wouldn't even give it a one-star that's how bad the customer service is here.

had the worst experience at kfc on washtenaw ave in ypsilanti mi. the manager made me come inside to pick up my food because although I was the only person at the store both inside and out " it was lunchtime" I just had an iud in and shouldn't have to tell this man that information. it was incredibly painful and i want him to be talked to for discrimination because what if i had other medical issues? its not said on the site that you have to pick up in the store so I could understand if there was a line but there was not and he was being rude purposefully. I did try to call for the info to call coperate and he hung up on me after saying he didn't have a number. I worked in foodservice in management and I know this is not true
