The business asks for you to put what and where you want your personalization, and then they do not do it. I emailed about the problem the day my order arrived, but never heard back from them.

Came quickly, wrapped safely and in a nice gift box. The personalization on the ornament isn’t as nice as I’d like- it looks a bit shaky. It’s for my son, and I don’t think he’ll notice that.
