Kudos and Appreciation!
Bluehost is one of the most user and customer-friendly companies I work with. They make it easy to find what I need and unlike so many tech-forward companies, they aren't farming out customer service to low-level AI. I've never not been able to reach a live agent over chat, and when I do, they are friendly, knowledgeable and prompt. Regardless of what sort of stressful issue I'm facing, I know that Bluehost's customer support will help me unravel it.
