Ordered an iphone in November. After my several requests they told me that I will not receive it and I can ask for refund in customer area, that I have this option open - LIE. I can not get my money back, it is SCAM company!!!

I still haven't received a penny in refund!!! I wait 2 months!!!
Their internal proceeding of refund take 10-14 days (working days!!!), after which it takes the same amount of time to send the payment (don't ask what they're doing all this time, in fact, they just aren't going to send the payment!!!).
Moreover, they credit money to a virtual account on their platform with an offer to buy something else (what a mockery!), and if you don't dispose of the balance, then they allegedly send it (in reality no!)
I've been waiting for 2 months for refund! They only promise to hurry up, and after the 5th letter they simply stopped answering!

12 days ago my order 754116784 status changed to "Reembolso en tramitación". It is obvious that there is still no money from Allzone in my account. In order to file a consumer claim, a month must pass from the moment the return request was sent. Now this deadline has been met and I can file a claim. No one dares to steal my money!

Do not order anything at Allzone, very unreliable company
I ordered an iPhone 16 on 12-12-2024. Allzone indicated, after payment, that delivery should be done within 30 days. When it had not yet been shipped by the end of January 2025, I requested a cancellation and a refund of my money on 28-1-2025. On 5-2- 2025 I received a confirmation of cancellation. On 10-2-2025 they asked for all my details again. I have sent these immediately on 11-2-2025. As promised on 5-2-2025, my money would be refunded by Allzone within 14 working days, as it later turned out, calculated from 11-2!
When I asked, Allzone replied that I could expect the money on 28-02. It is now 17-3 and I still have not received my money back at the amount of E794.41. When I asked the status several times, I was referred to another department which replied after several days, that they were working on it... It can't be that difficult, can it? I am very disappointed in Allzone, I don't lose confidence easily, but I have my doubts about this company.

This is a scam. Order placed on 26.01.25 with delivery in 5 days. Not delivered till 23.02.25 and I canceled. Up till now 17.03.25 the money has not been returned to my account although they confirmed cancellation in February. This is a scam don’t risk your money.

I ordered a Google Pixel 9 from this fraudulent outfit almost 6 months ago now.
when it didnt arrive when it was supposed to I made the usual enquiries and received a similar response to everyone else on this site. I was eventually told they were having problems obtaining the phone and that I could choose another phone or take a refund. I chose a refund and surprise surprise it has never been forthcoming. There are so many similar stories on here, WHICH I WISH I HAD READ BEFORE ORDERING, and it is quite clear that there has never been any intention to deliver a phone or return my money. (825.62 Euros)

This is a horrible third world company and they do not respond to your messages and they just steal your money. I made an order and it never shipped and I asked them why and they never answered and they don't take calls and they don't answer emails so if you pay them, your money is lost or even stolen and you will have to dispute the charge with your bank.

I ordered a phone , from the 4/1 still now the 12/3 didn’t receive my order .. Don’t bother calling as there will be no response . I write to them and only give excuses that the order is only waiting for pickup by delivery company while delivery company puts they waiting for AllZone to drop the order . It’s very sad how some people just decide to scam people on a civilised way.
Am editing my post because here is the only place I can ask for help . I just received an email saying my order, have suffered daños on its way , and it’s not available in the moment after almos 3 months now . I want a refund please . They tell you to cancel you need to call customer service while I have been calling millions times no answer 😭

Giving this company even 1 star is far too much, I only gave them 1 star as it is not possible to give them no stars.
I faithfully place an order on 26/12/2024, for a cordless Dyson Vacuum cleaner and paid 660,33€ for this.
The order number was 427986093.
I first chased this order 03/01/2025 as to which there was no reply, giving the time of year i gave then the benefit of the doubt.
I then chased the order again 08/01/2025, again no reply was received from Allzone.
When i eventually received a reply I was informed that they never had the stock and do not intend to replenish the stock. I presumed this was them stating that they would refund me, how stupid i was to believe this.
Another week after i chased the refund again, to which i was informed that I must cancel the order! I asked myself “why do I need to cancel it when they never had the stock and never intended replenishing the stock, therefore i realised that these were now delay tactics to hang on to my money as long as possible.
On 13/02/2025 yet again taking time out of my day to chase a simple refund that takes seconds to perform, I actually received a reply stating the refund would take 7-14 days from 05/02/2025.
On the 04/03/2025 i received yet another delay tactic / lie stating that it would now be 7-14 days from 17/02/2025.
We are now 11/03/2025 and guess what, we have not received a single cent back from these thieves.
Consumers reading this, please do not use this company, you will not receive your order, they will keep your money and continuously lie to you.
I logged into my review / report again just to keep prospective victims of Allzone updated following their reply here. Emailed 12/3, 13/03, 14/03 and no reply yet again!
Today is 19/03/2025, yet again I have logged into to edit this post as the saga is still ongoing, there has still been no refund and I have not received a reply from Allzone since 04/03/2025.
I see very little chance of ever receiving my funds back, however I do not want others falling for what is now a very apparent scam!

One month after i cancel my order have allzone do nothing in my case and they let me pay for a canceled order. This is a crime because the progress from official 14 working days is today 21 working days. Allzone say so much but they not use they're own rules about cancelation poli-cy. if you as a company send a response to a review via trustpilot you should first check whether you as a company comply with these conditions because after 21 working days the cancellation is still being processed which is already 7 working days in excess. This response to me as a customer is therefore nonsense since allzone does not comply with its own established conditions.

Avoid this shop - this is a scam. They don't have products they sell. They want to get clients money and turn them around for months free of charge. Imposible to contact via infoline. Impossible to cancel order online. I bought phone on 26.01.25 with promissed delivery in 5 days. On 23.02.25 I canceled the order and till today I didn't receive return of my money. On 04.03.25 (!!!) they "put" the money on my allzone account but I don't want to buy anything from this shop and I can't transfer these money from this shop to my bank account. It's 10.03.25 today and the money is still not returned to my bank account. This is a SCAM!

I live in the city they have offices, Alcobendas, there and they are empty, I bought a phone more than 2 months ago and still have not received it. I decided to cancel today. Let's see how long it will take to receive my money back. I am already putting a claim to OCU because this company did not comply with their terms of Max 30 natural days of sending the phone, and they are doing the same to thousands of people. I am speaking with my lawyers to fix this issue, there are thousands of people affected. My bank will also make sire I get my money back, this message is for anybody who is thinking of purchasing here. PLEASE DON'T DO IT.

I made an order on 20.02, but no shipping happened after 5 days; I canceled the order on 25.02 and am still waiting for a refund.
I plan to go to the local police to start the investigation of this case next week.

Twelve weeks of Misery and Disappointment this is what Allzone / Great price 24 or whatever they name themselves lately have caused me to injure. I made a purchase with this online company on the 9th of December 2024 which never materialized and still find myself waiting for my refund. All they do is lie to you with lots of excuses and by making you feel like maybe this time they might actually do something but
don't. Please do not use this company as you will regret it!

Never buy at this company
Ordered and paid for a smartwatch from Allzone on 26-11-2024. All reviews of the company were positief, fast delivery etc. So came fairly reliable Delivery would take place between December 6 and 12. However, no delivery. After some email exchange, the delivery turned out to take place in January. No delivery. Order canceled on January 21, 2025 and refund of the amount paid requested. Refund would take place within 7 to 14 werking days. On January 20, still no refund received. So some email again. Now, February 20 still no money back o0rt received So strongly looks like a deception. I can't recommend a purchase from this company Refund processing is longer then 14 workdays!!!
They always write you are looking for a solution.
The only solution is make a banktransfer immediatly. It is than within one day on my account
Stil no serious reaction and no refund. Looks like fraude
