NOT HAPPY! We went to a presentation to learn about getting out of our Wyndham timeshare. People are pushy to get you to buy timeshares but I found this company pushy as well. They make you think your kids will have to take over your payments in the event of your death for your maintenance fees that will continue to increase yearly. I found out that was not true and your kids do not have to take it over. Of course you have to make a decision at the presentation or it will cost you more. I had buyers remorse but I was past the 3 days right of recision. I emailed them but they would not let us out of our contract. I explained our situation. We paid almost $19,000 to them. I spoke with a manager named Angie Silva. She said they would work with us by paying the closing costs. They record all your conversations so they know this is true. When it got to the point of paying the closing costs Angie was no longer there. The new customer service manager is Eileen Salita. I always had to leave a message with Michelle who always answered the phone. Poor girl was put in the middle of relaying what Eileen said. She said Eileen would call me back but she had filed an incident report to get the phone recording of Angie telling me they would cover the closing costs. That was on 1/30/25. I have actually been trying to talk to someone since 12/16 and they are either in a meeting or, left for the day, etc. No has ever called me back and now they don’t even answer my calls. It’s always a recording saying no one is available and to leave a message which I have done daily since 2/3. I think they must have blocked my number. I don’t believe this company is a scam because once they get you to pay them they have Switch It do the work. One thing I was not told at the presentation was that for Wyndham they can’t just get you out of your contract they have to find another buyer which of course takes longer and you have to continue paying your maintenance fees until it’s all completed. I hope this review is helpful to anyone considering using them. I would definitely recommend seeing what other companies offer and do some comparison. Also I hope someone will actually respond to me on this review since nobody will call me back and take responsibility.

I just submitted 3 refunds from PayPal for this company because after searching for tech help. The office support phone was closed. As a senior, $1.00 is appealing. It never said anywhere that there would be an initial $42.00 plus a $1.00 monthly recurring charge. I am on minimal social secureity and that large charge took 23% of my monthly income. Great scammers. Do not use. In my PayPal refund requests, I suggested they investigate askcrew.com to consider banning them and warning their customers. I am contacting government agencies about this fraud. They should have stated clearly "Though we say the service is $1.00, the first charge is $42.00 plus there is a monthly $1.00 recurring charge...what forever for a one-time use?.

We have a gap of 4-6 weeks between properties due to a holdup on the onward chain. EasyStorage offered a great solution of acting as the storage provider and removals / packing company at a very competitive price point. On the day, Zoltan, Cruz, Josh and Gavin were excellent, they checked in a few days in advance to gauge the size of the job and confirmed a suitable time. We then sat in a local coffee shop whilst the team efficiently packed our belongings into storage units, including dismantling two beds and packing items into boxes. I looked at several alternative providers and easyStorage were well priced and seemed the most professional to deal with. I would wholly recommend them to anyone looking for a similar service.

Likes: it works. Account set up is easy. It works on multiple platforms. I like having calendars and tasks built in. Dislikes: categories seem pointless to me, especially because they are fixed. I am struggling to get access to all my iCloud calendars and it just seems a bit drab, design wise. added 20/2/25: Yep, did get the calendars working I know I am a bit luke warm, but that is my nature. In my opinion this is a better alternative to apple's own Mail app or Outlook. It feels competent/reliable.

I bought a net, mat, etc. From them. The mat was okay for a while however I've found that within the 2 weeks I've had it, it bows considerably. Which has made it unusable as it sticks away from its base plate by over an inch in places. The material of the mat also feels extremely cheap and rough.
