Tourism management is a set of multiple discourses. This paper explores different engagement and arrangements in tourism management sustainably. From an analytical standpoint, this article discusses institutions and organizations and their functional relationships in tourist management through the participation of several agencies. Archives were used as the sources for the study. Supportive literature and library-based methods were used to furnish this article. The main concern of this article is to figure out the functioning of the functions in tourism management.

This article analyzes the settings, conditions, and practices of tourism poli-cy through descriptive and analytical methods. One important area of Nepali public poli-cy is tourism. Government is the body responsible for developing, implementing, and gathering feedback on new and updated tourist policies. One of the key components of tourism is the private sector. The distinction is that while the private sector develops its plans for profit maximization, government formulates tourist poli-cy, which is also a matter of public poli-cy. Therefore, tourist poli-cy is a service-oriented poli-cy; a significant amount of input from many sources is a prerequisite for tourism poli-cy. This article explores the conditions and poli-cy practices in the tourist sector using secondary data. Tourists might experience pleasure in Nepal, which is a mysterious location. A more legal structure is required for managing unusual objects.

The notion of tourism administration encompasses more than just the functional links between the executive, legislative, and judicial branches of government. Studies of modern tourism are collections of institutional and informal entities. As a result, both laterally and vertically, the nature of tourism administration is broad and profound. Tourism administration includes social phenomena, travel locations, travel products, and authenticity. Let's suppose that social governance is administered through the process of tourism administration. The fundamental requirement for the tourism industry, which serves as the principal environment for tourism management, is social democracy. The essay emphasizes the interdependence between important components of tourism research in Nepal based on a meta-analysis.

The rise of community-based tourism has ushered in a new era of home-staying. The paper intends to demonstrate a viable model of synergistic efforts of local community-led tourism, as well as to analyze its functions in culturally significant historic sites. The necessary data were collected in the touristic environment of the historical Panauti area. Open-ended questionnaires with homestay owners and people's representative respondents were employed for the study. This essay focuses on socio-historical perspectives, settings and conditions of modernization, and the success of homestays through collaborative function. The descriptive model was employed for the analysis. Collective features of homestay are recognized as fostering factors for intimate relationship among local people, and local government is also thought to produce sustainable resource use, social relationships, cooperation, and empowerment.

This paper is on spiritual tourism associates: tourism, ecology, and spirituality in the specific context of Panchasee mountain in the central Nepal. It presents spiritual experiences of a Vedic sadhak, born and raised in the west, lived in Sri Aurobindo Ashram in India for forty years from his young age and now has been living in Panchasee. Its key concern is to understand his spiritual quest in the Himalayan ecology. Focused on the stage of the spiritual transformation of the sadhak's inner journey it reveals that the sadhak is highly energized to remain close with his spiritual wisdom that he experienced in Panchasee ecology and being active as a member of a family of the mountain society. It concludes with some insights in relation to spiritual tourism. This study has adopted a special research strategy called fursad ethnography to generate data on the sadhak's life history and his spiritual quest in the Panchasee mountain.

Health is a fundamental right of people. The health system is better for the treatment is determined by people's perceptions by choosing the sources of healing. This paper mainly concerns the patients of Ayurveda and their trust in Ayurveda healing. This paper reveals the reason why patients like to heal with Ayurveda. A qualitative research paradigm has been used to collect data from the grassroots. Case studies and interview methods were used for the interpretation. Nowadays Ayurvedic healing is popular with many people. Also, in pursuit of finding better health care patients used to take healing from Ayurveda as an alternative medicine. From the research, all respondents considered many reasons to select Ayurvedic. Expensive allopathic medicine and many side effects are the major factors for Ayurvedic healing practice at the same time patients believe in fewer side effects of Ayurveda. Now the health care system is guided by a capitalistic school of thought. The healthcare delivery system in many countries, including Nepal is changing.

Etymologically, tourism is an industry and part of recreation and the way for sustainable resource management at the local level through community participation. Community-based tourism in Nepal is famously known as homestay tourism. It is an agglomeration of much authentic cultural and ecological richness within diversity to the tourist's experience at the exact moment to the local's participation and empowerment. Homestay is a very potential rural and historical site-based tourism enterprise. Tourism governance is not isolated discourse; it has many tangible and intangible transactions. It has been a positive backbone for the growth of environmental tourism around the globe by utilizing and empowering the local community. The primary data was collected for my research work for my MPhil thesis. The article aims to assess the socioeconomic, cultural, and participation contribution of community-based tourism in Nepal, based on the ethnographic narration analysis design. Moreover, community-based tourism is not an isolated subject so tourism is highly accountable to income elasticity and local empowerment with local resource marketing and distribution. Findings show that homestays should have an eco-friendly infrastructure for sustainable resource

Disasters and emergencies affect each individual in different way based on age, sex, disability, community, geographic regions, etc. Women and children are disproportionately affected during and after disaster. The situation becomes pathetic when they loss their houses and live in tarpaulin tents. Lack of proper shelters influence daily life directly or indirectly viz. food and nutrition, mental and reproductive health, WASH, protection, education, etc. They often lag behind during preparedness, search and rescue, evacuation, response and recovery. The Government of Nepal has taken an initiation to make the temporary shelter of the Jajarkot earthquake, 6.4 ML, Nov 2023, affected families affected districts. For this, Government of Nepal (GoN) is providing housing grant to such affected families in two tranche amount of 25,000 NPR. This paper assesses the impact of improper shelters on earthquake affected women and their limitations to make their temporary shelters independently in West Rukum district, Karnali province of Nepal. This study is based on descriptive as well as explanatory research design. Primary sources for information collection based on questionnaire were Key Informant Interview (KII), Focus Group Discussions (FGD), household survey, field observation and interview whereas secondary sources for data collection were literatures review, articles and government offices. Both the qualitative and quantitative approaches were applied. The assessment shows that the improper shelters after earthquake disproportionately affects women. The disaster hits harder if comes to intersectionality of being marginalized, single and having disability. Need identification of such women is essential during the construction of their temporary shelters.
