How to apply
We recently transitioned to a new system. There is a different application process based on if/when you have previously served with Conservation Legacy. Please read more below.
Returning Applicants
- Are you currently serving with Conservation Legacy?
- Were you an active member any time between November 2024 to the present?
- Are you currently onboarding for an upcoming position but want to apply to another position in the future?
If you meet the above, you already have a profile in our new system and will need to apply by logging into your account here and navigating to My Career > Search for Jobs. Click here for the full instructions.

New applicants
All open positions with Conservation Legacy programs
Some things to note about our career site:
- Once you apply to a position, an applicant profile is created for you in the system and provides you with access to our applicant portal.
- You will receive an email with a link to set up a password for your applicant profile. Be sure to set up your password right away and save that password!
- You will need this password to apply to any other positions.
- The full applicant profile that follows the password setup can be completed at any time.
- This applicant portal can be used to check the status of your application(s), apply for other opportunities, update your applicant profile, and accept offer letters if you are selected.
