The Office of Education Licensure and Effectiveness (OELE) has instituted a new online certification application process starting in May 2022. Therefore, all May 2022 completers will need to submit their applications for certification and/or rank change using this new online system called KECS (Kentucky Educator Credentialing System) after May 2, 2022.
