For ease of use and consistency across ports, use MICROPY_HW_MCU_NAME for os.uname().sysname and .nodename. See #9683 for background on this. This will not be an upward-compatible change.

Completed commit. Holding for 10.0.0 in my repo because this is not backward compatible.
