Bought stuff from Stadium, decided to pay via Walley as I thought it would be as smooth as Klarna.

I paid it on their website, got OK, but no email confirmation. I didn't act upon it.

Weeks l
ater I get a physical reminder letter, with interest and additional fee due to delayed payment.

A reminder email would have been nice, or an email telling that the payment did not go through. But it seems to be their business model to stay silent and hope that the customer either fails paying (useless website) or just forgets. Never again.

I forgot to pay immediately, they graciously let me know at the last minute that I had not paid - there was no problem in the end. The equipment I bought works nicely.

Reading the comments it seems that Walley does not send the first invoice but adds a fee for missed invoice on the second one, happened to me as well. If this is something they put in system they makes some money on that... Though after a call the extra fee was removed without hassel.

most ueless company

most ueless company, evil and corrupt, they will try to take all your money, they will not communicate any fees. You will lose money if you use them. Avoid like the plague.

Everything about the app and customer care is a waste of time.

Poor customer care service. Lots of unnecessary emails that doesn't make sense atall.
Useless annoying app. Incompetent staff!!!

It is very poor customer service

It is very poor customer service! You have not sent reminder when it needs to be paid, waiting for invoice to be over time to be able to get more money. Disappointed how you treat customers.

could notify you about an unpaid bill every month instead of after 3 months when the bill is saved without your knowledge.

Will never ever use this service again

Will never ever use this service again! Avoid this payment method at all cost!
No reminder until the payment is too late. Seriously! I think you guys did it on purpose.

They did UC hard check on me for 30 days pay later

They did the UC hard check on me, for 2400SEK, for a jacket in XXL. Like I was buying an apartment. It was 30 days pay later, not even delbetala (pay in installments). I will avoid them in the future. Not worth the money and time.
Reply to Walley: You can use a soft credit check like Zalando and Klarna do for small purchases with 30 days pay later. You have financial problems of your own it seems. All you do is reflect your bad business practices and lack of funds to your clients. Shame on you.

You guys deliberately send invoices…

You guys deliberately send invoices when it’s a delayed payment. No warnings whatsoever and delayed payment costs 80kr. My purchase was 100kr plus but I paid in total I guess 400kr plus..

Includes intrest rate in monthly pay

It says there will be no intrest rate if we choose walley in installment payment. However they are charging me 22% intrest rate in each payment. When I checked the signed document it also mentioned there is no intrest. However I am paying 22% intrest rate. Can anyone do that?
